Owned and managed by an Eagle Scout, our company is about honesty and hard work. High quality, low burn fertilizer with microelements will be applied to the lawn three times a year for thicker grass and stronger roots. The type of fertilizer will be selected based on the needs of the type of plants and the condition of the grass. This will also aid in ant and insect control.
Dead or missing plant material will be replaced with new material at the returning visit and all plants will be evaluated at that time. Keeping your land looking it’s best is our first priority.
Pruning and debris removal is necessary to promote a healthy appearance and proper growth. The walkways and sidewalks will be cleared for easy access and parking. All ponds and lakes will be maintained with algae control to keep your waters looking clean and fresh.
As a bonus option, Estate Services will also serve as a consultant for all landscape renovations and for future landscaping designs.
